Waves Back<\/strong> is a travelling, recurring community-building and networking format that brings together people, professionals and organisations who share a belief: Puglia can be a place to live, work, return to and build one\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

Through informal events in inspiring locations, combining music and networking, it creates opportunities for people who stayed, returned or chose Puglia to meet, fostering new connections, collaborations and a stronger sense of belonging.<\/p>\n

Born in Brindisi and designed to move across different areas of Puglia, Waves Back connects local communities with other experiences and networks across Southern Italy, strengthening exchanges, collaborations and new opportunities.<\/p>\n

The format puts Fondazione Just B\u2019s strategy into practice: attracting talent and new energies, strengthening opportunities to stay and contributing to a more open, recognisable and connected Puglia.<\/p>\n
