Move to Planet BE is the international talent-attraction and place-marketing campaign conceived and coordinated by Fondazione Just B within the European Interreg Greece–Italy project ENERGIE.
The call received more than 190 applications from around the world and led to the selection of 9 young professionals under 35, involved in co-designing urban regeneration initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact in Brindisi, Matera and Aigialeia, Greece.
The initiative tests an innovative methodology combining talent attraction, a transformative residency and storytelling, bringing new skills into the transformation and narrative of the territories.
Move to Planet BE starts from a simple but decisive question:
How can cities in Southern Italy and the Mediterranean attract new talent and imagine more sustainable, inclusive and responsible development models?
It is not simply an invitation to change place.
It is an invitation to change perspective.
“Be” as in being, becoming, taking care: a Planet not simply to inhabit, but to build together with responsibility, vision and imagination.
Brindisi is the project’s main hub: the place where the talents work together and from which activities in the other cities also begin. The journey is designed as both a professional and life experience, rooted in the territory and developed with local communities and new connections.
