Energie con il Sud is a training, empowerment and employment-support programme for young people facing disadvantage in Southern Italy, created to reduce the mismatch between skills and labour demand in sectors connected to the energy transition.
The programme starts from companies’ needs and combines technical and transferable skills, tutoring, inspirational encounters with role models and support towards employment.
Its goal is to develop young people’s talent and potential and turn the energy transition into a concrete opportunity for personal, professional and territorial growth.
Supported by Fondazione CON IL SUD and Fondazione Snam, it involves Puglia, Sicily, Calabria and Campania and is co-coordinated by Isola Catania and Fondazione Just B, which is responsible for the Brindisi territorial programme.
